I was pleasantly surprised by this product. It is light weight and easy to set up, although it doesn't come with a heavy base to secure it, so you have to make something or purchase separately. We made something and It has even survived some windy storms when I forgot to pull it down.

I purchased a federation green coloured Varossa umbrella several weeks ago. This was a first time purchase from dshop. I was amazed at the speed of delivery (under a week). This item was well packaged arrived in excellent condition. I did need some help to set my umbrella up due to its large size and would have appreciated some simple instructions on how to do so. There were none in the box. But it was not difficult to put together and can be opened and closed quite easily.
The colour matches my spouting nicely and I am happy with the quality. When opened it is like having an outdoor room and gives good shade coverage.
I can happily recommend this product as a great addition to my garden space.

I contacted the help desk a few times to ask specifics. I was very happy with their customer service before I purchased this item. It came quickly once my questions were answered and I decided to buy it. It is exactly what I wanted! Very sturdy in the weather.
When I first put it up I rested a paver on the base and one held the weight of it! I then put it in place and added a few pavers to really balance it for wild weather and kids playing around with it.
I wish it came in a sparkly black, but you can't win them all. It does match the green roof near it, so that's a positive.
10/10 would recommend!!
