Instructions:

1. Wash and condition your hair as usual, towel it dry, and remove the tangles with a wide-tooth comb. Allow your hair to dry until it's just a little damp before you begin to roll it.
2. Start rolling a section of hair under onto the foam roller. Continue to roll it towards your head. Clamp the roller lock in place when you've finished winding it.
3. Roll small sections of hair at a time, starting at the center front and working down the back of your head. If you're rolling a little girl's hair, you may just want to roll the ends rather than all over.
4. Sleep on your rollers, if you prefer. They are a lot softer than brush rollers and less damaging to your hair.
