I have now ordered 14 of these excellent machines, for my mother Margaret who is 83, my kidney clients x2, staff x10. I should have got machine10 years ago and use mine twice a day, the fat gone to muscle, muscle to inches and now healthy trimmed down. The price is very good and affordable so no exuse for every house to have one, will not regret. I keep advertising this product to all my nursing friends and especially great for our tired feet after a nursing shift each day, no noise, simple to use. Keep bringing on good products.

Well my other half and I have been using it for six weeks or so and we both really like it. I was skeptical at first but not anymore. A whole host of exercises can be done on it including weights, stretching, abdominal exercises and I think the vibration technology actually makes a difference. It's comparatively quick too I watch a TV show and a 15 minute session is over in a flash. I am at the stage I do two or three a day and enjoy it. This is not about body building although I can certainly tell I am using the muscles. It is not about heart/lung efficiency. It is about muscle tone and flexibility and it works well. We were discussing it the other day and we both decided that the bottom line was if we lost it we would get another one.

I found it easy to use and effective. I feel my legs a bit tighter after about a month. It is quiet so I can use it while watching tv with no problems. It also looks good and is small so have no problems leaving it in the living room, under the sofa at all times.

I bought this product to see if it would help me with blood circulation, and I'm very impressed! I spend at least 10hrs a day on my feet in a busy cafe and as a result my legs and feet can feel really cramped by the time I get home. But now I use the Vibration Machine for 10-20mins at night and it really helps to relieve the muscle cramps...I can certainly feel the difference if I miss a night without using it! And I was extremely happy with DShop! I had never shopped with them before, but my order arrived days earlier than I expected...I will definitely be shopping with them again!

I saw an advert on tv for something very similar to this, five times the price... googled a bit, found dshop's website and a cheaper version of what appears to be pretty much the same thing (minus the brand name?) This machine is great! Once you hit start the muscles automatically contract. I tried relaxing my abs and let the stomach *flap* out....very hard...gets pulled back in :D plenty of room to go up in levels once fitter and i haven't even gotten to "running" on it. Mr. "vibrates" on it too and seems to like it. Ours is still under warranty, but not a glitch so far. We're definitely keeping it :)
