Their not steel and are slightly larger to accommodate the weight. However based on the price and the fact you don't need so many individual sizes this is great. Doesn't take up space and the versatility is brilliant. Fast postage too!

Have been using it for 3 months and it has been invaluable to my strength training. I've noticed the screws that hold the weights loosen if you do fast or twisting motions/move them along the floor. This means the plates can wobble during a workout and can get annoying. However for the price to weight ratio, nothing really beats it.

Great value - far cheaper price than anywhere else. Dumbbells are adjustable up to 19.5kg each and also have a barbell to add more workout options. You could buy more weights if you need more of a challenge and still save on what you would have paid anywhere else. Weight quality not amazing (sand filled cased in plastic) but you get what you pay for.

It was in this hard time me and my housemate decide to purchase this weight set because we both felt very down and surely less active. It's being nearly two months and we are using it almost everyday. We never felt like we are missing out on our gyms! You can do many variations as what you need. The quality is really good. Connecting two dumbbells obviously gives one a barbell, however without included instruction manual there is easily the chance one may damage the product. This isn't a call out for safety first practices, quite simply the bar isn't really made for stacking on heaps of unsupported weight on each side. Be smart, be sure to use your shoulders before you evenly distribute weight for your ex cerise.
