It's really good quality, especially for the price, but I find it way too hard to use. I couldn't even use it at first. Now I can do 5 or so strokes before giving up to then spend the next day in agony. Certainly if I used it regularly it would build up my muscles, but I wish there was an easier setting to start with. There's just no fun in it. Basically I've given up on it. Another waste of money on an exercize machine that isn't what I hoped it would be.
